Terms and conditions for using this Greatslots review portal
The scope of this agreement
These terms govern your use of greatslots-casino.co.uk, an independent, UK-facing information and review portal. By browsing this site you accept the terms set out below. If you don't agree with them, the simplest option is to stop using the site.
This page has nothing to do with any account you might hold with Greatslots, and it does not amend or replace that operator's own player terms. It covers only your relationship with us as a reader of our content.
How you, we and the operator fit together
Three separate parties are relevant here, and it's worth keeping them apart. You are the person reading this page. We are the editorial team running greatslots-casino.co.uk, gathering publicly available information and writing it up in plain English. The operator is the company running the casino discussed on this site, under whatever licence and company details it publishes on its own platform.
We are not the operator, we don't run a casino, a sportsbook or any gambling activity ourselves, and we hold no gambling licence of our own. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to gamble, take a bet, or open an account directly with us.
What we expect from you
Using this site comes with a few basic obligations on your side. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (18+), and that using this site and any linked gambling platform is lawful in wherever you happen to be. You agree to use the content here for personal, non-commercial reference rather than republishing it elsewhere.
- You won't attempt to scrape, copy or redistribute the site's content in bulk.
- You won't use automated tools to interfere with normal browsing of the site.
- You won't misrepresent our content as coming from the operator itself.
- You take responsibility for any gambling decisions you make after reading our material.
Ownership of what you're reading
The articles, comparisons, tables and summaries on greatslots-casino.co.uk are our own original work, put together from publicly available operator information and our own editorial judgement. The text, layout and design belong to us (or to licensors who've given us permission to use their material) and are protected by copyright.
You're welcome to link to a page on this site or quote a short passage with attribution. Reproducing whole pages, or presenting our writing as your own, isn't permitted.
Where our responsibility ends
We put real effort into keeping the facts on this site accurate and current, but gambling operators change their terms, bonus structures and policies without much notice. We can't guarantee that every figure on this page matches what the operator currently offers, so always check the operator's own terms before relying on anything here for a financial decision.
This site is a starting point for research, not a substitute for reading the operator's own terms before you deposit a penny.
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of this content, including gambling losses, missed bonus deadlines, or account issues with the operator. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for our own fraud or negligence causing personal injury.
Links you'll find on this page
Where this site links out, it's usually to a genuinely independent third party, such as a regulator or a responsible gambling charity. We don't control those external sites and aren't responsible for their content or availability. We deliberately don't link directly to the operator's own platform from this page; if you want to visit it, you'll need to search for it separately.
Your data, handled separately
How we collect and use information when you visit this site, including cookies and any contact form submissions, is covered in our separate privacy and cookie policies rather than repeated here. Those documents sit alongside these terms and form part of the same overall agreement with us.
Keeping this site available
We aim to keep greatslots-casino.co.uk running smoothly, but we don't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control can mean the site is temporarily unavailable, and we won't be liable for any inconvenience that causes.
A word on responsible gambling
If any of the content here relates to gambling products, it's written with responsible gambling in mind and is intended for adults aged 18+ only. Free, confidential support is available around the UK from organisations including GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, free and open 24/7) and BeGambleAware. Anyone who wants a break from gambling sites entirely can register with GamStop.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates or in the law that applies to it. The version published here is always the current one, so it's worth checking back occasionally rather than relying on a saved copy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This applies specifically to your use of greatslots-casino.co.uk as a portal; it says nothing about, and doesn't affect, whatever jurisdiction the operator itself is licensed and regulated under.
If one part of these terms doesn't hold up
Should any individual clause in these terms turn out to be unenforceable for whatever reason, the rest of the agreement stays in effect. We'd simply treat the unenforceable part as removed rather than letting it bring down everything around it.
Getting in touch
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. We read every message, though we can only answer questions about this site itself, not about anyone's personal casino account.
This content is provided for information and marketing purposes. We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker or organiser of betting or gaming activity. This site is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over (18+). Free, confidential support with gambling is available at BeGambleAware.org.
